"Secret Shopper" changes

I noticed when I was going to get the "Secret Shopper" badge for one of my other wizards I noticed that it's a little different.

You now have to make multiple visits to the shop to get it.

But if you don't want to wait, you can run in and out five times.

I stayed up on new year's eve and worked my way through the Labryinth.

Then something magical happened.

Victoria became level 48.

The next morning I started to work on the quest to get my new spell.

I zipped right along.

Then I summoned a... um, Judgement lady, and she gave me

SUPER POWER NOVA!

And my awesome new pet,

Lady Tiger.

We are unstoppable!

Watch out Malistare! We're gonna getcha!

Look! Look at what I just saw in Regent's Square!

An Ice Elf pet!!!!

It even gives you Ice elf!

I've never seen one before. I went and looked on Central, but I could find no mention of it.

Where do you get one? Does anyone know?

I'd really like one. He's so cute! :)
