Pets-a-Plenty!

Oh yes, the test realm is buzzing with happy pet owners racing, dancing, launching, feeding, and playing with their pets! It's been a crazy 24 hours. I'm not really sure how to describe it all, so many others have done a really great job, so I'll just show you my mega slideshow of pictures I took yesterday! And this info on KI's site. Oh and Cody made a really nice video here!

The Wayback Machine

 Let's all take a little trip in the Wayback Machine, shall we?

So back when I first started the game and was playing as Heather, and she was in Krok, you get a task to go retrieve a fire gem (or something like that) from the dragon mouth cave.

So I was playing and I really had to err... go to the bathroom... and I asked my friend to take over for a minute.

So when I came back, he was in the dragon mouth cave.

I asked him, "What happened?"

He said, "Well you got the gem, but the fire burned your hands so now you can't do spells."

I gasped.

Then he smiled and told me he was only kidding.

"AH! Don't ever do that again!"

Oh, the young and gullible Krok years.

Would I be fooled by such a crazy fib now that I'm a hardened GM?

News

Today I am not feeling well. Actually I am feeling pretty yucky. Anyway, I decided to take sometime and get back into the Wizard101 groove. So I took Kestrel, (who is now level 45 thanks to my friend who has been playing her along with his icy,) outfitted her in the DS crowns gear, dyed it to look nice, and went off to MB to finish some side quests. Let me just say that I love being a storm wiz. I have unlimited power! Muwahahahaha!

In other news:

• I am now judging my silly photo entries! Yay! I got more than one! :)
• I have been neglecting my Student Teacher campigan. I will be working on that! So right now my goal is for one person to vote for me. Yeah... I need to work on this.
• I have yet to make my new Life wiz, there's something fun to do on a rainy day soon!
• I haven't been reading any Wiz101 blogs or anything... so what's been happening?

New Wizard

Okay guys and gals.
Sorry I've been away for awhile! Anyway, the results of the poll are in! 12 said Ice (hmm. I thought there would be more for ice...), 15 said Fire and 17 for Life! Phew, Life and Fire were tied for so long I was worried we were going to have a tie! So it looks like I'm going to be making a new Life wizard!
Okay you guys, what should I name him/her?
I'm excited to hear your ideas!

Another Blog

Yup, I have decieded to write another blog. I'm not leaving wiz101 or anything! I'm trying to be a little more balanced, that's all. What's it about you ask? Animal Crossing. *blushes* I know. It's kinda silly, but I love it. You can read it here: Life on the Star-River. The name of my town is Êleduin, it's elvish for Star-River. I know I am really geeky about LOTR. No one has to read it, but I really like writing about it, and that's all that matters to me. :)

Ponderings in the Library

So I was wandering through Wizard City this morning when I walked into the Library to look for Earthquake treasure cards (no such luck,) and I started thinking about the library. We don't really know much about it. We hardly ever use it after level 20. Well I have some questions about the library.

What is back here?

Is it a secret tunnel to a secret room where cool stuff happens?

It reminds me a lot of the Minstry of Magic in the Order of the Phoenix.

Will we have to battle there to get to Celestia?

Next,  where do these doors lead?

Detention? Wonderland? Staff room? More books?

And I would like to know, where is all this water coming from?

And why would you mix books and water in such a large way? (maybe the books are from Celestia?)

Last but not least, is Susie Gryphonbane the Student Teacher, or is it Boris Tallstaff?

Now that is just confusing.

Home again, home again

Thanks for all your patience guys. I am back to blogging. It's been a stressful couple of weeks, but I am back now.
So, I read the announcement! Wow! I can't wait until June!!! (Although Celestia should be astral not underwater, but whatever.)
Now I have a big list of things to do:

1. Go find reagents for David.
2. Read up on all the blogging I missed
3. Renew my twittering
4. Listen to all podcasts I missed
5. Get back on DOAW
6. Farm for easter items
7. Farm for my level 50 deck

I think that's about it. Well I've got a lot to do so I'm going to get busy!
